Warranty Service
On Site Upholstery is authorized to perform all warranty related repairs on most furniture. As most factories will not pay for an inspection, to determine the nature of your defect, you might need to pay for this. The cost for this is only $65.00. After your inspection is complete, our technician will record the necessary numbers on the furniture to obtain warranty service. If you have a copy of your receipt made prior to the inspection our technician will take it also. We will then contact the factory acquire any parts needed, and authorization to bill the factory for the work.
